Okay this piece was inspired by UmbraDeNoatpe-stock picture of a puddle. Its a brilliant puddle that jumped out at me as soon as I saw it. I closed my eyes and took this mental picture you see now... I just had to get it into photoshop and turn it into a dream. The title says it all. It took me around 4 days to finish it but I think the florals, colours, light and dark, and finally magic really give that digital fantasy feel all within a puddle.

I loved doing this and can't wait to do the next. You can see the bird ruffling its feathers to the right of toadstool (bottom center).

The Title was inspired by Green Day , as their song got through my mind while making this picture ;)
By rotating the picture , it starts looking like the bird is walking, next thing I did was using the patch tool, clone stamp etc. to remove the bird in the little aviary and the aviary's roof to let it look like a flat street/way/ whatever.
Last steps were all about the pictures atmosphere: lowered saturation, higher contrast,use of rainbrushes (by Faeth_design), varying layerstyles and so on ..
I think this pic has a pretty depressing mood, which was my aim (yes, the bird just found out that his partner had an affair ;) )
I decided to not darken out the eye (as you often see it in anime for example)
