With a stone bird holding a stone seed that is what the real bird (in the hole) is trying to get.

The little birds getting eaten by the happy Horse.
i just cut the bird and transformed it to the horse.

The edges of the bird look rough, especially at the head and back. And change the lighting of the bird to match the horse/fence.
