I used pen tool to draw face outline, gave 1Pxl stroke, filled color,used default brushes, burn and dodge tool. cloud and watercolor filter for background and lens flayer.

Well of course its all photoshop because it has to be lol. I use Photoshop 7.0 so I'm limited on all the other things I could do, but this is what I can do. I made this for someone, and it was perfect for this contest. One of my first ones that I've done mostly using the pen tool, I never knew how it worked before.

i made this few month ago, check hi res and read SBS please.
ATTENTION:
1. Im not sure about all brushes i used that it was default.
2. First steps was made in Xara Xtreeme vector editor. Even thou it could be easely created in PS with pen tool, i want to mention this.
3. There was a logo sign in right bottom corner wich mention my nick on PST, i have no splitted layer with it, so i just distort it.
4. If you're not sure - do NOT vote.

I can send .psd and .xar files to any 15+ level or Moderators team if it will be requested.

Descript sign is hardly translatable from russian without sence loosing. Something like - "thats it, all this love". (bit of negative meaning). And its kinda slangy - wrong spelling of two words (i was having fun ;p)

Meh, didn't know if it'd be worth entering this or not, just sketched it because I was bored last night. Let me know what you think =] (BTW This IS all photoshop =P just have a drawing tablet to draw it on XD) I may add a background after this weekend, still debating on it
