I like what you did here very much, but the set of four bridge supports in the foreground seem to be out of perspective in relation to the bridge below.

I like it, but it does seem a bit out of perspective. I'd suggest try drawing a vanishing point on the horizon and apply some perspective based off of that.

nice work one thing: he's a lil blurry as compared to background (he looks like pastel or watercolor?) i would either sharpen him up or change the background to look more like a painting/art
