Very good idea. Mabe you should add some shadow on bottom of this emm, balcony ^^ or opposite - light trail. Just dont leavу it plain lighted.

ooo makes me dizzy! not sure about blur streak across top of balcony, but then again man silhouette would look weird if it wasn't there -- maybe make blur like it's a glass railing around top of balcony?
