i added to the top of the pic with the clone tool so there would be more room above the baby's head. then i put the baby in and had alot of cloneing and masking to make him look like he belonged there. i added his shadow too, which was my first time doing that. then i added an adjustment layer to fix the exposure so it was richer.

it's a pretty good blend . . . perhaps try a softer light source on the child as it appears rather stark against the toys. Soften the lighting a little and give a big soft shadow to the child - like the toys have.
