obviously source image only.i used lots of transforming,warping,liquifying,some burn and dodge and blur,lots of layers,masking deleting,etccetera.i'm terribly sorry but i don't have the time to make a sbs right now.

this was interesting and been quite challenging, there are so many possibilities, but i wanted to stay as close to the source image as possible. i made three versions, the black and white, the golden yellow and the third is the combination of both.

i used the pen tool, warp tool and distort tools primarily to achieve the shape of the face, the eyes, the hair strand and nose and lips. i used the brush tool and the eraser tool for the highlights.

i selected white portions from the source image for my highlights and erased them away.

it was fun

Just a matter of using an elephant clipart pic and magic wand selecting and warping the glasses into the areas.
Little bit of drop shadows and inner glows just to give it a boost.
