Make a complete city or town underwater. What would a the world look like underwater? Would we have special suits or helmets to breath under water? What would streets, houses, and cars look like? The world is underwater and human remnants still survive inhabiting relics of the past. I chose statues depicting man dominating nature just to throw a bit of irony in there. It's not very visible cos all the kelp but there's a sillouette of a dead city in the background. Check out the full-res.

Clone stamp, pen tool, warp, liquify, a ton of layers, masks, playing with levels opacity, layer style...and that's only it ;-)
