These Dragons reign in the upper atmosphere of their home world living off electrical energy and whatever hapless life form finds it's way near them. Suggested by a short story I read.

Yes the moon color is simple hue change of the original source, I thought it looked good and brought more color to the piece. I wanted the planet to be floating within the edge of the atmosphere to enhance the alien world feeling. After all this is fantasy not reality.

kelpie, upon the hedonic standard of aesthetics could I defend the quality of art of Metamorphosis. I consider myself a fair judge of the aesthetic content and quality of the work, with full understanding of how I, as the artist, conceived it as art, not merely an experiment in "still life". This is "art" dependent upon eliciting the feelings of wonderment - through compostition and design, while playing with the pixelated limitations of isolated situational perception.
