High Resolution

I decided to introduce a dreamlike feel to this picture, hence the slight blurriness and the brightness. Lots of little steps, so for that fact my step by steps will not show the little stuff that everyone should know.

Just a note, I'm sure there are tutorials out there for creating planets and stars, but to really make it your own and interesting just start messing with the the effects and layers and see what happens.

I first created the image first. I then went back and tried to remember the steps that I took to get to the final image. That is why the quality of the step-by-steps is not as good as the final image. As for the color, I choose pink because it's a color that is rarely used and I wanted to try something different. Thanks for the critque though.

This is space as viewed from a 360 degree image.
No outside source was used except when i created patterns.
I made all the planets and stars and everything using only photoshop.
Hope ya'll like it. :D

Just barely submitted it in time! This pic took me a while to create. Each planet it unique to itself. If I had more time I would have made it look like it was compiled from a couple dozen photographs 'stitched' together.
