Would make a great anti-drug campaign or something. Maybe the blue behind eyes and mouth is too clean and bright, some sparkles could help? I like your idea, simple but effective..

Dancing keeps you warm.

Most work with the snowy tree on the front and with the colouring. Those are hard to mask :\
