I would try to either raise her up so you can see the shoulders or scale the hands down a bit, they look out of proportion with her body...

It's a very nice idea ! Smoothen the hands, so they look more feminine... and they do look rather big, the size of the hands should be the same as the distance between her chin and the top of her forehead, where the hair starts...

I raised her up ... I draw a black shirt and I cloned some hair onto her shoulders ... Hope you like it ... those hands are from a boy ... I tried to smoothen them out but I can't do more
