the original pic was already a maquette, u could have used it and adjusting just some colors, no filters, it would have looked more real, than this one. Try the experiment just to compare.

the house is too bright... try to use Hue/Saturation lightness around( -11)., with a gradient tool at the layer mask... and make some perspective adjustment at the house(setting on the paper)...and shadow work too... (compare with the pencil shadow)...
