Photoshop contest - burning match

My favorite part of a year.Some abstract work,this time.I have used distortions,brush,perespective,,color and light tools.

NO!!!! What is primatte chromakeyer? I made a search at the web and I found that: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chroma_key. Chroma key is a blue or green background used at the movies.

I have used only photoshop, no plugins.

I'm looking forward to a tutorial here at PST! I recently learned how to use channels for masking work and I have to say you really get a nice result. Sometimes it can be tricky though!

I got re acquainted with the smudge tool.

cool stuff! Since Death is made of smoke, the wooden handle bothers me a bit. But I don't know if a "smokey" handle would look as good. I like it a lot!

I like the way the blade cuts through the smoke, it's kewl how he sorta looks like he's emerging/materializing out of fire.
