very nice! good 'mood' and a good idea! Looks like one of the cogs is "smooshed up": look at the 6 [VI] and then the screw-hole, then that one looks odd. Only thing i saw to mention!

Very well, but I see some things I suggest you fix. First of all: Crop the image to 600 px instead of uploading a high resolution that's only 654 pixels. Then PST won't resize it and you won't lose quality... Some of the toothed wheels are not really in perspective. They are just narrow. You should adjust the corners and not only the width. There is a lack of perspective in the wheels in the middle. They look very flat. And you can't see whats behind them (remember those are two wheels - not one...). The wheel Thoughtstorms showed should "go out of the image" as the one to the left.

one quick counterpoint, "(remember those are two wheels - not one...)" - i think there might be a full disc of metal behind those two for aesthetic reasons. In that one focal point, i think seeing the cogs behind might detract a bit. It is nice to have space between focal points, like rests in a piece of music. I think it helps make them stand out a bit more. On further gazing at this, i feel that those two central cogs should either be centered more with each other, or less. I like "less" more.
