Not bad. I like to see something different and this is very different - in a good way!! I do think you have to work a little more on the shadows and highlights. They don't look right to me. But very nice idea...

Sign with no turning back on it, and bottom left hand corner a shadow of a man with an axe (can't see very well because i made the background image dark to add to the effect.
