Just used the source image. I used the liquify filter and changed the colors.

When an image has changed so dramatically from the source that it is so hard to distinguish if the source has been used, it is in your own interest to upload a step by step guide, this benefits you in two ways, the first of course being that you will gain far higher scores for your entry and the second being that you are able to prove the amount of time and effort it has taken to create your entry - so on that note I will await either your step by step guide or comment before voting......

I figured I would get a response or two questioning the step by step. All I can say is that I actually had no idea what I was doing, just playing around with the source picture. I will work on my step by step as best as I can. It took me over 2 hours to make so bear with me.

The end result is beautiful but I agree with Dianas Hunting. The source is unrecognizable. It could have been created from most any source!

Just used a displacement map as I wrote in the sbs. There's a tutorial on that on PST

You should clone out the white hilight on the forehead and nose for the displacement map.
Since white moves up, it looks like he has a bump on the forehead, and it looks funny on the nose.
