No she's not anyone I know, Just started sketching a face for another contest, and after 2 hours of work, computer crashed, and I lost everything except the face work, so in frustration I entered it here in this contest. Thats why in the SBS the coloration is a little too grey-blue, and then I recolored it.
The hair was painted as flat objects, and individual strands were pulled with the smudge tool.
I did have a couple of fashion magazines open to see eyes and noses etc. etc.
braska23 , milkins and Lil_Flac_3 , if I added the neck and shoulders it would look more like a portrait, and I just wanted the face to be floating on its own, just a personal choice.

I got rid of that black band and sharpened the foreground a touch. I also took the noise out with a great technique.....that i will soon write a tutorial for.

But that is meant to be used as the source in a way. from there you need to do things such as color adjustment, layering (along with layer styles), cropping, extra custom painting, etc... When it comes to digital art, this has potential, but I think we are more graded on the combination of tools along with visual appeal.
