1.girl should not be that bright....(as its a night scene) 2.girl is too blurry at bottom 3.sharp edges on man...

i reduced the brightness... because of moon light i didnt reduce it completely...tried correcting the blurriness at the bottom of gurl too...thanx for the suggestion

That's a huge bi... girl you have there

...why does the poor thing not have legs? The idea is good, but you need to work on the light, shadows, colours and contrast. And I personnaly think the girl would have looked better on the lower balcony, but that's just me

you are right i need to work on it but you see i'm not good at light and shadows at all

... i'd appreciate if you can suggest anything though i'm not sure how well i can implement them but i'll try for sure

Hm..hard to say. First of all, I think you should increase the conrast of the building-this would probably make the whole thing more "alive". Shadows - best use the burn tool

Light - tons of variants. I myself have only been trying to make smth in Photoshop for less than half a year so I'm not a great "adviser" but i'll try to help

So there's the Dodge tool - it does a good job for "smaller" areas. You can also select an area, add Feather and increase the brightness

Or make a new layer, brush some white, then apply some filter (some distort, one of the blurs)..Lots u can do
