i just separated the shadow and background from the stopper . made another copy
of it . the rest , i just did it with clone tool, eraser tool and smudge tool
... now its very difficult to explain each and every stroke of these tools .
After complition of the model . i made a shadow of it . by first merging all
layers. then duplicating , turning the below layer black and semitransperent and
manipulating the perspective of it. done . :)
I separated the backgorund and shadow
part from the stopper .then with
transform tool , straightened it. now i
deleted the middle part of the stopper
, and reduced the height of the top
part to give it look of the top of a
lamp shade . and positioned it above
the orb part.
in between i left a square place which
with the rectangular marquee tool i
selected and filled up with yellow
color in a new layer. gave it an inner
glow , reduced opacity a little bit.now
merged all three to make the shape of
the lamp. selected the coffee table
background from
http://www.studio25.ro/index.php?option=com_ponygallery&Itemid=27&func
=detail&id=7369 . placed the lamp in it. now merged
all layers, selected filters , lighting
effects , adjusted the 2o clock spot
light in such a way so it seems the
light is coming from the lamp. to
reduce the look of broken pixels in the
coffee table background , i used clone
tool to smooth the red carpet. and
atlast selected filters> artistic>
poster edges [thickness 2, intensity
:1, posterization 2]
done.
I separated the shadow and background from the object , straightened it ,
duplicated the object twice , and using transform , made them each of different
sizes . then i took backgroungd image from
http://www.everystockphoto.com/photo.php?imageId=14677 and placed the object
appropriately . Then merged the three objects. while still in selection , i
selected ::image>adjustment> match color , and selected the background
picture , clicked ok. Done.
