Fruits Gone Crazy !!
the attached sources were used along with photoshop bevel and emboss effects
to get the face details .
also, pentool and shapes are used to make the eyes and mouthes and the
glasses.
The grass is a brush in photoshop.
I free draw the worm with pentool.
