I posted this yesterday, but didn't include the source for the other picture so
it was taken down.

The steps in creating the picture were pretty basic. Cut out the troll, make
adjustments so it fits in the other photo. Copy it to the other picture and
blend in. I also added harder shadows this time since it was pointed out in a
comment. Thank You.

Cut the face of the woman and moved it to the wall picture.
Blended, using levels, hue & saturation and contrast and brightness.
Used filter to get a rock like texture.
