its just a way to do a bad job but still get talent points. Why submit it if you know it is horrible?
To stay on topic, you might try lining up the "armor" with the bird. I can still see green in some places where you put the armor.

well, you'll get PST activity points, but not talent points, you only get talent points if it finishes in the top 7. Talent points are what make your levels go up.
