Hi well I would love to say that I created this just for this contest but I
would be lying. Has been finished a few mouths now. Created entirely with custom
shape just to see if it could be done!!!. Know real step by step but you can
still see how it was done “just” by what I have left from all the individual
components that were made for this illustration & a couple of crops……..

Had a lot of fun doing the “Motley crew” admittedly they don’t look a lot
different to what is already out there : ( ( not to worrie)

S.B.S for the first three, Have left the others as hope to do a more in-depth
tutorial on them in the future. ( If anyone is interested. )

The sun god Khepri “He who came forth from the earth” or “He who came into
being” associated with rebirth, renewal, and resurrection. In the form of a
gigantic scarab, rolled the sun like a huge ball through the sky, then rolled it
through the underworld to the eastern horizon. Each morning Khepri would renew
the sun so that it could give life to all the world.

Have decided to post this as at this late stage in the contest as I don’t
think that this submission will have any impact on the outcome.

Is “loosely” designed in the comic book style of drawing where the anatomy
is OVER-EXAGGERATED 90% airbrush,5% custom shapes, 5% custom brush made to look
like a pencil drawing…….!!!!

Questions, comments, suggestions on how I can improve my technique or critique
please don’t hesitate & I will do my best to answers them.
