This took me a really long time to do and i learned a couple new things while
doing it(new at PST).
1-bent middle finger then warped.
2-bent pointer finger then warped.
3-bent ring finger then warped.
4-bent thumb then warped.
5-fixed left over spots with cloner.

i re-drew it to make it look a bit better (my opinion).Tell me how you like it.
1-took my fancy e and neon glowed.

This one took me a while to think up but not extremely long to do.
1-filled rings with color.
2-liquified inside of rings and border.
3-set ghosts on portal.
4-neon glow on the sky around portal.
